There are many people worldwide who are insecure about their bodies or how they appear. Each and every one of us humans has a natural beauty. Everyone is so worried about fitting in with the crowd and not getting judged, but news flash; You are beautiful and everyone deserves to be loud and proud. It may not be your look, it could be your shape, size, facial look, personality or sexual orientation. Humans should have the right to feel beautiful and love ourselves in all our unique ways.
The world has different ways of viewing a person but you can choose what you want to hear. Humans like to pay attention to what will happen if we don’t do this rather than doing what you want and being happy with ourselves. On the outside, the world shouldn’t have the right to reject or judge you just because of your size, shape, personality, belief, religion and sexual orientation. But because of the way society is shaped we have a look down on people who are different and don’t fit the norms correctly. For instance, in 2018 models were pulled from a fashion show because of their body weights. They wanted “Skinny healthy models”. Just because you have meat on you doesn’t mean your less attractive. In the magazines, it always displayed fit people with abs and really good jawlines. Stuff like this makes people feel insecure and makes others shame upon others’ lifestyle or appearance.
Today the world is improving about insecurity. They have new models that show off their overweight bodies and display all different shapes and sizes. Also, people are starting to speak out about who they are and want to be. Like Ellen DeGeneres made a tv show where she expresses what she believes and her lifestyle. She is a proud gay woman that has no hate or anything even if someone is shaming her. She makes a joke about it. She brings an uplifting vibe to those in the LGTBQ community. Also, like the cast star on doctor Ozz, he makes you feel good about your body and he helps if one is in need of getting healthy. When he does his shows are so generous to the guest and make them feel beautiful and not insecure. Always be you!
