Videography vs Photography for Senior Year
So you can’t afford a photographer AND a videographer for your senior year memories? Maybe you don’t know which one to choose because you don’t know the specific difference between the two? There are many positive factors to each photography and videography. The table below represents the differences between Videography and Photography to help narrow down your decision.

Either one of these options is an investment but is totally worth every penny. Photos are irreplaceable for your senior year, especially if you want to hang up your senior memories on walls. Videography is more of an option of capturing the emotions of your special year with a video that bunches all the emotions in one.
Personally, I would have both for my senior year. Imagine having a video that collects all the best parts of senior year into one video. It would be like having a “long vine” for your senior year. Student section cheers, sporting event clips, hallway smiles, and the capture of all the best memories. Senior pictures is also a good way to capture your senior year memories. You can hang these pictures on walls and share them with others, they just won’t be as animated and “alive” as a senior video would be. Whether you end up choosing a photographer or a videographer to capture your senior year, it will be memorable either way. Highschool is supposed to be the best years of your life, so make the most of it and smile as much as you can, because before you know it, it’ll be gone.
