Prom 2018

Licking Valley prom was held May 5th at Elks Lodge from 8-11. The theme was enchanted forest so there were vines and things like that everywhere.

The senior nominated people for prom court, and the people were Carlie Robinson, Josey Rutherford (escorted by Caleb Hawkins), Maddie Webb (escorted by Noah Hersey), Regan Crabtree (escorted by Jake Lewis), Joslin Holts (escorted by Owen Mohler) and Keri Felumlee (escorted by Jake Pennington.)

The winner of prom court was Joslin Holtz and Owen Mohler. They are a couple and have been together for four years.

On numerous occasions Mr. Adkins yelled at people for front-to-back dancing throughout the evening. There also was tons of slow dancing because the DJ kept playing slow songs.

Overall prom was very nice and it was good seeing the ladies’ dresses and the guys dressed up.
