Lexie’s Life After High School
Lexie and I have always had a special friendship that no matter what, we always know how to make each other laugh. When we were younger, we used to run around the softball fields together in between games. We have always played sports together, and since we play sports together, it brought us so much closer. We spend lots of time together between sports and having girls’ nights, going to dinner and watching movies.
Lexie is an interesting topic because she is going to Findlay to be a Pharmacist and it is a six year program. She chose Findlay because it is only one of two schools in Ohio that has the six year program. The six year program was appealing to her because it is shorter than other colleges. She was deciding between Ohio Northern and Findlay, but she felt more at home at Findlay than Ohio Northern. She likes the overall courses at Findlay better too.
She has always wanted to be in the medical field, but she didn't want to deal with blood so she thought being a pharmacist would be a good way for to help people without dealing with any gross things. One time when Lexie saw she had blood on her arm she started freaking out and telling a group of us to help her.
Lexie has been an amazing best friend of mine since second grade, and when she leaves for college, I feel like we won't be as close as we are, but I really hope we stay in touch. No matter what, she we always be my best friend and I hope for nothing but the best for her.
