Gun Policies

Kids should be able to have a gun when they’re 18 because of the fact some kids get kicked out of there home when they’re 18. Not all kids are mature enough to be on the streets alone, so a gun can keep them safe if nobody else will.

Some children might feel threatened and think the only way to stay safe is having a gun. If we do not keep it legal for 18 year olds to buy guns, they will find illegal ways to get a hold of them.

If people are considered “young adults” at the age of 18, and are allowed to live on their own, they should be allowed to legally buy a gun. If the gun was legally bought, then the gun would have to be registered, and so if anything illegal was done with the gun, the cops could narrow down the roundabouts of the gun’s history.

If you are considered a young adult and live on your own, you should be allowed to legally buy a gun. If buying a gun at 18 is legal it will keep young adults safe, lower threats and lower illegal gun activity.
